
Vegan Chocolate Mouse
Ingredients
2 tablets Lovechock 99%
1 jar Lupin beans (or chickpeas)
50 g coconut blossom sugar
1 tsp Vegan vanilla flavouring
THE MAGIC
Melt the Lovechock 99% at low temperature.
Meanwhile, drain the lupin beans well in a sieve and collect the liquid. For 4 servings, you will need about 150 ml of liquid.
You can use the lupin beans for another dish later!
Whip the liquid for about 5 minutes until firm. Then gradually add the sugar and vanilla flavouring while continuing to beat. Carefully spoon the melted chocolate into the whipped substance in batches.
Divide the mousse between several bowls and leave it to set in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Finish the chocolate mouse with some grated chocolate on top. And Ta-daaa, the best vegan chocolate mousse is made.
